Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks techniques, routines, and tips in his Instagram. Jo died at the age of 30 on June 30 2023 because of an aneurysm. The day before his death he was experiencing neck pain. Noel Deyzel, a friend and bodybuilder, confirmed the news of his death on Instagram in July 2023. Nicha, then Nicha's lover at the time confirmed it.
